At Seascape luxury self-catering cottage, care is taken to provide you with everything to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Noordhoek is nestled between the Table Mountain National Park and the seven kilometre Noordhoek Beach and has the ability to charm all who visit. Surrounded by the unsurpassed scenic beauty of Chapman’s Peak, Silvermine Nature Reserve and all the other beaches and mountains stretching to Cape Point, you will find it impossible not to relax and sink into the peace of the Cape’s natural beauty.

Seascape Cottage is ideal for two people wanting to escape the big city and explore the natural beauty of the Deep South of Cape Town. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower and a delightful living room, with two comfortable leather chairs facing the covered veranda, with the view of Scarborough and Noordhoek beach beyond. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a two plate gas hob, microwave/convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine – ideal for the longer stay. The cottage is serviced once a week, although laundry and more frequent cleaning can be arranged on request.

Virtually down the road is Noordhoek Farm Village, (www.thefarmvillage.co.za ) where you will find delightful shops and no less than five charming eateries, ranging from fine dining to casual pub grub. The Foodbarn Deli bakes fresh breads and croissants daily and has a marvellous selection of charcuterie and cheeses – perfect to pop into your picnic basket! 

Cape Point Vineyards (www.cpv.co.za) is an award winning wine estate a stone’s throw from the Village, where you can taste and buy wine. On the road to Noordhoek Beach you will find Noordhoek’s own brewery: Aegir Project Brewery (www.aegirprojectbrewery.com) 

The historic town of Simon’s Town is just 20 minutes away, packed with quaint shops and restaurants. It is home to the South African Navy and has an excellent museum describing, inter alia, the ties between the British and South African Navies. It is also home to the False Bay Yacht Club (www.fbyc.co.za) from where fishing, bird/whale watching and shark diving trips can be arranged.

Continuing further south, you will pass more inviting coves and beaches and the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach, before reaching Cape Point Nature Reserve, where you will experience unique fynbos vegetation and resident wildlife. You are now at the tip of the Cape Peninsular, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet – a spectacular sight indeed! (www.capepoint.co.za)

High Season 15th December 2017 – 26th January 2018: R1000 per unit per night, min 7 nights.

Mid-season 27th January – 30th April 2018: R900 per unit per night, min 3 nights.

Low Season 1st May – 31st October 2018: R300 pupn, min 30 nights.

Mid-season 1st November – 15th December 2018: R900 pupn, min 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy:

25% of accommodation if cancelled 8 – 12 weeks before arrival.
