What is your name? 

My name is Marc Guy Francis.

What do you do for a living?
My work consists of carpentry and photography, as I've had a carpentry background for almost 8 years, I decided upon my conclusion to evolve my skill (carpentry) with my passion (photography) and (Surfing).

What is your favourite quote?
To help yourself, you must be yourself. Be the best that you can be and be conscience. When you make a mistake, learn from it, love yourself and do what you love to do!

Please give us a short paragraph about you and what you love doing?
Growing up in Noordhoek showed me what a rich lifestyle is by living with the simple necessities, I had Nature and the Ocean to nurture me and a great sandy playground 30 seconds down the road which is Noordhoek beach. Over the years I developed the interest for photography, starting with a basic camera/cell phones, a few years later I purchased a budged DSLR which kept my passion firing... I am an avid Surfer and waterman with a sincere respect for the Ocean and Nature all together.

How did you find out about the competition? 
I heard about the competition from Noordhoek Tourism Facebook page!

Why you live in Noordhoek? 
It has been my home for 29 years and I'd like to keep my fortune here as an investment to a living great life with style and for my family to one day experience.

Why did you choose this particular photo?
I chose the photo as it was a classic evening, one which carried a fondness of memories.
