Brodie Cottage

Brodie Cottage is a beautiful, large three-bedroom family home set in peaceful and totally secure grounds on the edge of the Silvermine Nature Reserve. Surrounded by mountains yet only minutes from beaches on both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans, it is perfectly located for all the attractions in the area.

The house is bright, airy and luxuriously furnished and equipped. One of the three bedrooms in the house is locked and not available to guests, so the useable bedroom space comprises one large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and one family bedroom, with a double and two singles, and bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs, there is also a lovely family lounge, dining room, TV lounge with digital satellite TV and DVD, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and everything else a family would normally need. There is also a separate utility room attached to the electronically opening garage.

The cottage features a mature, peaceful garden on three sides with furniture for dining or simply relaxing. There is also a Weber for braaing. Brodie Cottage benefits from being safely located behind a 24-hour manned security barrier which is there to restrict movements into a nearby retirement village.

All linen and towels are provided and a cleaning service is available on request. Car hire, airport transfers and private sight-seeing tours can be arranged.

Seasonal Rates 2018  R1500 – R2200 per day.

Please note there is a minimum stay of 7 nights in Dec and Jan
